Plot[]
Taylor wants to give Meadow a surprise party, but it accidentally gets complicated when Miles throws a wrench into the plan. Meanwhile, Frankie seeks help from Louie to try to hide her arm from Michelle and Ray after she hurt herself to avoid going to the doctor.
